● Prices may depend on the complexity of the character/piece;● You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is received;● If money has not been sent yet, the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission;● You may not sell, reproduce, or alter the commission piece;● I have the right to refuse any commission request that I deem inappropriate (e.g. fetish, offensive content, etc);● I will recycle sketches and preparatory works that were rejected by the commissioner for other commissions or personal works;● I will only start the commission after being paid. Payments over $50 can be paid before and after the piece is delivered;● Please credit my work if you intend to publish them on any sort of social media platform;● The Client must be aware of style fluctuations. The Artist will work to keep styles consistent;

By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.
In general;✧ Please write in a clear and nice manner
✧ Provide neat references, without watermark that can confuse my vision
✧ The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 4 months

● I will correct any mistakes in the piece and send the final sketch to be evaluated before starting the lineart. I will not correct anything after the start of the lineart;● All the commissions are done digitally. The final version will be shared with you via email;● I always post finished pieces on social media. If you don’t want them to be posted, tagged or want to remain anonymous, please warn me with antecedence;● Under the circumstance that you DO plan to use my work for commercial or purposes and/or to make profit, you will need to discuss the fine details with me. It is within my rights to refuse this too;● ALL the commercial or with profit purpose commissions will cost 300% more than the base price;● For amounts greater than $100, payment plans are available. These will depend on the price and your circumstances;● The use of my art for N F Ts, bitcoin or any virtual currency selling invention is NOT allowed;

Violators of these rules will be blocked and banned from buying any more adopts from me. Those caught helping blacklisted people obtain my adopts will be blacklisted as well

❝ DESIGN T.O.S. ❞

● Payment plans are accepted, but you’ll need to pay a deposit, to ensure you’re getting the character design. This deposit is NOT refundable (MAX time: two months);● The deposit isn’t refundable, NO MATTER what is the reason. Being for giving up on the design or not being able to pay the rest, you won’t get a refund;● In the case of a custom, if there is desertion in the middle of or/and you are not happy with the result, you may have to pay a damage deposit of at least 40% of the original price;● Prices may depend on the complexity of the character;● You can't ask for a refund, as you own the character now. But you can resell it, for the same price you paid;● You are free to make minor edits to your adopt as you please as long as the adopt is still recognizable;● If payment isn't received within 24 hours after I respond to the purchase claim the adopt will be put up for sale again;● You may edit my adopt art if it's absolutely necessary;

Payment is expected upfront

✧ To be safe, you will receive a security email that will prove that the design was actually made by me and that you can use proof if there is any need;
✧ Commercial Use Authorization price: $700 for a full character design
✧ After purchase, you may use your design commercially. Authorization is not transferable

● When reselling, you can only sell for the same price you originally bought for, unless you got more art of the character;●Once you've bought a character from me, please credit me the first time you post about them. After that, you don't have to any more;● My designs may be re-sold, traded, and gifted;● Holds are give a maximum period of one week, after this I will put it back for sale or contact the last potential buyer;● You are allowed to create "alternate forms" of a character provided you have the permission of other artists / species owners involved, and as long as each form is still kept with the original design;● You are not allowed to include my designs in games/comics/videos and other mass media consumed materials for profit UNLESS you purchase separate commercial use authorization from me;
